Hot Stamping Processing

Flat Roll-On Hot Stamping Process

00ffbe5d4cAn externally heated silicone rubber roller is pressed onto the surface of the part to be decorated. Normally used for large area decorating. The part is fed horizontally with adjustable speed underneath the roller by means of a conveyer belt.

Hot Stamping of Plastic Bottles

85f63002c9APlastic bottles are decorated by means of a vertical press combined with a bottle stamping device. The bottles are held between two halves of a mold, having the same contours as the bottle. During the stamping cycle the bottle will be inflated with compressed air. The upper part of the mold is fixed on the heating head. The lower part is fixed on the sliding table.

Peripheral Hot Stamping Process

2fe54fe98dRound parts, such as Lipstick-covers, counter wheels, tubes, boxes are decorated by means of a vertical press, combined wit a rolling device.

Vertical Hot Stamping Process

0f1f6a3d2bA heated flat or curved steel-, brass- or silicone rubber die is vertically pressed onto the surface of the part by means of mechanical or air operated press.
The hot stamping foil, with the carrier film on top, is guided between the part and the heating head.
Through heat and pressure the coatings of the foil is transferred to the slightly melted surface of the part.
The stamping cycle, dwell time, pressure and temperature as well as the quality of the foil must be carefully adapted to the material of part and of the final use of the products.
This system is suitable for flat, convex or concave surfaces with a max. angle of 75°.
